Refund & Returns Policy

Right to Withdraw from the Contract

You have the right to withdraw from the contract and return the purchased product within 14 days of receiving it, without providing any reason.

To exercise your right to return the product, please contact us via the contact form or by email, providing your order number.

Return Conditions

For a return to be accepted, the product must:

• be unused,

• be in its original condition,

• include the original packaging (if provided),

• show no signs of damage resulting from use.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will inform you of our decision regarding the refund.

If the return is approved, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used to place the order, within 14 days.

Damaged or Defective Products

If the product you received is damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please provide:

• your order number,

• a brief description of the issue,

• photos or a video showing the defect.

Each case will be reviewed individually.

Return Shipping Costs

The cost of returning the product is the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to receiving a defective product or a product that does not match the order.
